O’Mally is addicted to Plush Puppy Hedghogs.  It’s well known around the Kyjen office to that Kim’s dog is a junkie.  He’s always seeking out hedgehogs — and at the Kyjen office there are plenty of hedgehogs around, from the various stages of top-secret product development to our extensive current line-up.  He plays, sleeps and does anything he can to get them.  He’ll even carry two at a time around in his mouth.  The other day he saw a top-secret prototype on top of a cabinet in my office, he came in a whined with his eyes fixated on the hog he wanted until he got it — fortunately I still have the blueprints for that prototype.  He’ll even go “shopping” in the warehouse — perusing the shelves of toys and prototypes until he spots one that suits his fancy. Our popular line of Squeaker Mats are cute and make us smile, but we’re Always Innovating here at Kyjen so we’ve decided to throw some funny guys into the mix to make you laugh!  These cute characters have eight squeakers and a rattle inside. Like the entire Squeaker Mats family, these “funnies” are bound to last longer than single-squeaker toys from other companies costing about the same!  Get more details and see them here in this short video:

Here is a must watch video of an amazing dog, Simon, who takes out 74 balloons in a mere 57 seconds. That’s more than one balloon a second!

I hooked up with his owners recently and got Simon a few of our Plush Puppies Dog Toys.  Simon apparently loves them as much as people love watching him play! Check out these videos and more on their YouTube channel.

We literally searched for months (myself, Jennifer and our two boys) for just the right buddy for our family and McMooose (our 3 yr old lab) at various dog adoption agencies and shelters.  We’d find the perfect dog online, only to show up and it had already been placed with a family (a really good thing actually!).

While at the Surfin’ Paws dog surfing contest we finally saw the perfect dog for us at The Pet Rescue Center booth.  After completing the application process and a trial visit, we knew she was coming home with us!  She is now a member of our family. She is really keeping McMoose active as they chase each other around the yard. Now maybe McMoose can shed those few extra pounds.

This video shows her first swim which was a success — if only for a few seconds. You can see an even higher-definition version on youtube.

Watch closely the very end when McMoose takes off — soaking wet — with Kanga at his tail. The two mischief makers get water and sand all over two sleeping sunbathers. The sunbathers jumped up in shock but weren’t too mad after we apologized. I wish we had a better clip of this incident on film.
