What products do you manufacture?
We primarily manufacture products for dogs. We focus on Dog
Toys, Pet Travel Gear and Holiday
Products for pets. For a complete listing of our products we suggest you

Can I buy from Kyjen direct?
We do not sell directly to consumers or retailers. We primarily
sell through a large network of authorized distributors that supply pet supply
stores with our products throughout the U.S. and other countries. For immediate
purchases of Kyjen products we recommend you visit your local pet supply store.
If they do not carry the particular Kyjen product(s) you are looking for they
can usually order it from their distributor. To buy online see or click on our
Where to Buy section. If you are a retailer, mail order catalog or other legitimate
business wishing to purchase our products, you can contact us and we will refer
you to an appropriate authorized Kyjen distributor. See also our Where

How can I become an authorized distributor?
We generally sell to distributors that are already established
businesses within the pet industry. However, in order to become an authorized
distributor we have an application process that you must complete. Once completed
and if approved we require $1,500 minimum per order and everything must be ordered
and shipped in full case quantities (we do not break down cases). (top)
If I have a problem with one of your products is there any kind of warranty?
We stand behind all of our products here at Kyjen. With the proper
documentation we will usually replace any product that you have a legitimate
problem with. We are always here for you and welcome your feedback and suggestions,
as this is how we update and improve our existing products. We are always listening

Are your toys safe?
Yes! We take great care in producing our toys. We use strong durable
fabrics that can be machine-washed and air-dried. Double nylon thread is used
to make them sturdy and durable. Our rattles are made from a soft plastic that
will not sliver and have dried beans inside so that if your pet gets to them
it will not hurt them. We do not use any hard plastic pieces for facial features.
We use felt and a soft leather type material. We take great pride in making
a safe and durable product for your and your pet. We all have pets of our own
and know how important that is. We also stress that you should always supervise
your pet when they are playing with any toy. (top)
Are the H20 toys only for water?
Our H20 line can be used in the water and out. They are made from
soft neoprene material and are great for playing with your pets in and around
water, in backyards, in parks and more. They're even soft enough for indoor
play during those cold winter months! (top)
What type of material are the standard
Outward Hound backpacks and bowls made from?
The standard Outward Hound backpacks and bowls are made of a durable
nylon material. Also the inside of the bowls are made with a waterproof nylon/polyester
fabric. (top)
How much water does the standard water bowl hold?
Our standard Port-A-Bowl holds 40 ounces of liquid. If you need
something larger we also carry a 72 ounce Port-A-Bowl. (top)
Would Kyjen be interested in a joint venture or licensing agreement with me on a product idea I have or on a product I have created?
We always greatly appreciate, and listen intently, to your feedback
and suggestions as to how we can improve our products. Many of our ongoing
product improvements and new products are a result of your feedback and suggestions.
However, due to the large number of people with ideas and a limited amount of
time to pursue all of them we are generally not interested in any partnership
agreements with others. Kyjen almost always manufactures only items that we
have personally researched, developed and tested. Please keep in mind that all
product suggestions received become the sole property of The Kyjen Company (see
also "Your Communications to Kyjen" in Terms

How does your Quick Release Dog Backpack work?
This backpack was designed for maximum comfort and convenience
when out hiking or walking with your dog. It was designed with a removable pack
so you can take the weight off the dog's back during rest stops, without having
to unbuckle or remove all the straps. The backpack part attaches to an adjustable
padded three-point harness with velcro and a snap. The Quick Release leash holder
allows you to keep the leash attached to the dogs collar. You simply fold up
the excess leash and secure in holder on the top of the pack. To release simply
grab the leash handle and tug. (top)
I have a special project where I would
like to have the name of my group or company put on one of your products, can
that be done?
Yes, Kyjen does offer Private Labeling on a very limited basis.
In most cases the minimum quantity we can do on a private label or custom basis
is 10,000+ units, depending on the specific product. If you can meet these minimum
requirements and this is something you might be interested in please contact
